OsteoSync Rx is a novel implant concept that allows for a variety of therapeutics to be delivered via channels and perforations in the implant to the implant-tissue interface to address a variety of clinical conditions and in a manner determined by the physician for the patient-specific condition.
OsteoSync Rx is a platform technology with a variety of potential applications across the field of orthopedics. Potential clinical conditions that may be treated include infection, osteosarcoma and osteoporosis (peri-implant fragility fractures), or a combination thereof.
